3 turkey steaks
2 heaped teaspoons Aria Kitchen All Purpose Masala
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1) Combine all the ingredients except for the turkey to create a paste
2) Coat the turkey steak in the paste.
3) Fry the steaks on medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
