
INGREDIENTS
500gm Prawns
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 sprig Curry Leaves
1 Green Chilli slit vertically
10-12 pcs Shallots thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Medium Tomato Chopped
3 tsp Aria Kitchen All Purpose Masala
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Coriander Leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the prawns and marinate with 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder with a little salt and set aside.
Heat a wok/frying pan and add oil.
Once the oil is hot, add mustard and cumin seeds. Let both splutter
Add curry leaves and green chilli.
Add the shallots, fry for a couple of minutes and then add the chopped tomato.
Fry till the tomato turns a little mushy and add 1 1/2 tsp of ginger & garlic paste.
Stir until the oil separates. Now add the marinated prawns and stir gently.
Add a little salt followed by 3 tsp of Aria Kitchen All Purpose Masala
Let it cook for 8-10 minutes of medium flame.
Once the prawns are cooked, add black pepper powder & cumin powder and mix.
Leave it for 2 minutes so that the black pepper & cumin powder mix blend with the rest of the masala.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or curd rice.
