Ghee prawn masala recipe

Prepare our simple ghee prawn masala recipe in just 10 minutes with only 6 ingredients. This version features a richer gravy thanks to the ghee, enhancing its flavour profile. The combination of Aria Kitchen All Purpose Masala and ghee adds a delightful touch, making it a perfect complement to any rice dish. For enhanced flavour absorption, marinate the prawns with the masala and salt in the refrigerator for half an hour. Even without this step, our ghee prawn masala turned out flavourful so make sure you try it out on those days you need a quick seafood dish for dinner.



INGREDIENTS

  • 200g shelled prawns

  • Salt

  • Aria Kitchen All Purpose Masala

  • 1 tablespoon ghee

  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

  • Handful of curry leaves

  • Black pepper



INSTRUCTIONS 1) Coat your prawns with the Aria Kitchen All Purpose Masala and some salt.

2) Heat up the ghee in a pan and allow it to melt along with the ginger garlic paste.

3) Place your seasoned prawns in the pan and sprinkle some curry leaves.


4) Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side.


5) Plate up your prawns and finish with some cracked black pepper.


6) Serve with hot rice and enjoy.
